1. About Appfacade
Appfacade is a software product operated by MailRecipe LLC as part of the Formfacade product family. It helps users customize the user interface of Google Forms using prompt-based instructions and related configuration tools.
2. Eligibility and account access
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and authorize Appfacade to access the Google account and Google Forms data needed to provide the features you request. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Permitted use
You may use Appfacade only for lawful business or personal purposes consistent with these terms and applicable Google policies.
You may not use Appfacade to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with the service, bypass technical restrictions, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
4. Customer data and permissions
You retain responsibility for the Google Forms content, prompts, and other material you submit through Appfacade. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that data with the service.
You authorize Appfacade to process your prompts, form metadata, and related account data only as needed to provide the service, maintain security, and support the product.
5. AI-generated output
Appfacade may generate layout suggestions, copy changes, styling recommendations, or interface transformations based on your prompts. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing it or relying on it in production.
We do not guarantee that generated output will be error-free, legally sufficient for every use case, or suitable for every audience without review.
6. Service availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every third-party platform or browser at all times.
7. Fees and subscriptions
If Appfacade introduces paid plans, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Intellectual property
Appfacade, its software, branding, and related materials are owned by MailRecipe LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying software to you.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the add-on. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms, created security risk, or used the service in a harmful or unlawful way.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Appfacade is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MailRecipe LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Appfacade.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Appfacade will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
