Migrate apps created using Google App Maker to Google Forms

Google App Maker will shut down on January 19, 2021. Prior to the shutdown, you have to migrate your apps created using App Maker. If these apps are for data collection, Google has recommended Google Forms as the alternative. But, there are 2 problems with that:

1. There is no migration tool to migrate apps from App Maker to Google Forms.
2. Even if you migrate, Google Forms doesn't have App Maker features such as pages and relationship between models.

We solve both the problems:

1. This add-on gives you a one click migration to Google Forms.
2. It gives you App Maker features on top of Google Forms, except for scripting.

Note: This is not a WYSIWYG migration. The look and feel in Google Forms will be different from Google App Maker. But, you should get most of functionality out-of-the-box. Please write to appfacade@guesswork.co for any questions.
